This was a really good read... It definitely captured my attention and kept me wanting to read more to know what was going to happen next... There was a mix up of names and also some things that were said in the beginning that didn't really connect with some things said later but it did not pull away from the storyline... At first I felt sorry for Paige and what she was going through then as time went on I was over it and just wanted her to leave Chris already... She had Christen to think about... Yes I understand that she wanted to keep her family together because of her daughter but she has seen first hand what could possibly happen... I love that her and her twin sister Sade are really close and her sister really has her back... If Paige did not have her sister to help her out I don't know what would have happened to her and Christen... Okay so Ashanti was this sweet innocent young woman caught up with Chris and his nonsense... oh but wait is she really as innocent as we think she is... Wow she just has so much back and forth... She also has people in her circle that she can not trust... Wait a minute... How will they be able to get out of this... Just when we think that Paige can get her life back on track for her and Christen and meeting a new man name Lance that was everything that she needed... Bam... He shows her a side she does not like... And Chris is just to close... Way closer than she realizes... I can't wait to see how everything unfolds... Waiting for part 2...Product details

The book was ok to me and a few times the characters got mixed up. Chris was beyond sorry and got on every last one of my nerves. Paige was a bit weak minded but I was glad when she finally wised up. It was bad the baby had more sense than the parents. I felt bad for Ashanti in the beginning but she started being dumb after everything came out. Lance was doing too much but I'm curious to know how he'll handle everything. I see Ashanti hasn't learned at all and I could only shake my hand when it came to her situation with Zo. Felicia is about to get caught up but it's her own fault. It seems as if everyone is bad for everyone's health.
Excellent book. It was truly a page turner. Chris is such a coward and I can't wait til he gets a dose of his own medicine. Paige, poor Paige she just want to be love and give her Live and her daughter a happy family but they not possible when Chris can't seem to get himself together and cont. the abuse her.
I was so glad she finally got the strength to leave him after finding out he has a baby with Ashanti. Now I believe she is gibberish the one to hurt him and bring him back down once he realize all the secrets she been keepin from him like he was doing her.
This book is filled with a bunch of karma coming back to attack those who needs it. Over all the book was amazing and I can't wait for prt 2.
I'm not an avid reader and I normally fall asleep when reading but I must say I have it fallen asleep at with this book. I love how the reader is able to see the different perspectives of each character.
This book was the TRUTH!!! I need a part 2 asap. I would love to read more from this author.
I normally don't even write reviews,but book was very boring. I found myself skipping pages throughout the whole book.The story isn't even realistic nor did it try to be either.
This is one of those books that say HELP. When you want to leave but won't. Fear is a big factor. It makes you think hard. Nothing can come from this but jail and Death.
I really enjoyed this book Nisha, keep up the good work. Looking forward to reading Part 2 and see what happens between Felicia Alonzo and Ashanti!
